- Different types of Mental and Emotional “States” including “Flow”, Higher Trance States, and Trance Meditations
- Your Relationship with Yourself, Others and How you connect” Beyond” (often called spirituality)
3.Learn
- How to integrate different Trances and Meditations
- New distinctions for thinking including Thinking Structures, Thinking Processes, and Abductive, Inductive and Deductive thinking

- How to create, maintain change feelings
